Access and Deletion Requests
According to the law, you are entitled to request specific pieces of personal information (as defined under the CCPA) that we have about you, the business purpose for which the personal information was collected, categories of personal information, categories of sources from which the personal information was collected, categories of personal information that we either shared, transferred, sold with a business purpose, categories of those third parties to which the personal information was sold for a business purpose.
If you want to do such a request, you can write to email@example.com and we will respond within 45 days as per the law.
Under the CCPA, California residents are also allowed to make a deletion request.
How do I Make a Request?
1-Find the Information
ADARA may drop small text files called “cookies” on your device. Some of the cookies we place may provide a unique ID which allows our systems to recognise your browser or device. If you use multiple browsers, you will need to locate cookies for each browser. Your browser’s help section should explain how to locate cookies.
Please keep in mind that different cookies are placed on each browser that you use to access the Internet. As a result, if you use multiple browsers (for example, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), you will need to locate our cookies for each browser.
As per mobile devices, they generate persistent “Advertising identifiers” per device. On iOS devices, they will be called “IDFA”, “IFA” or “ID for advertising”; on Android devices, they will be called “Advertising ID”. Your mobile manufacturer’s help section should explain how to locate those persistent identifiers.
2-Confirmation of Identity
We will request that you fill out an affidavit. This will be the evidence necessary for ADARA to prove that you are the person related to the personal information requested.
When you contact us, please state your full name, your State of residence, your address.
Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
