The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) is a privacy law implemented on January 1, 2020 in the State of California which defines personal information broadly, ensures greater transparency, accountability and provides consumers with extended rights as to the collection and use of their personal information.

Under the CCPA, ADARA is required to disclose whether it sells personal information. We do transfer personal information collected via our publisher’s websites or ADARA’s website to third parties.
