ADARA, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer in any location within the U.S. (100% Remote possible).
Apply advanced principles of computer engineering to research, design, develop, test, evaluate, and implement software infrastructure related to the company’s audience targeting platform. Solve large scale problems from machine learning pipelines processing petabytes of data to managing APIs handling millions of requests per second. Design, build, and deliver systems to handle billions of real-time events and securely deliver terabytes of data on a daily basis. Work with Product and Data Science teams to deliver new initiatives and product solutions. Build and automate data pipelines to run on scheduled basis using workflow managers. Develop ad servers and ad exchanges. Implement Event Driven Microservices using python, celery framework and google cloud pub/sub messaging services. Develop Rest Services using Java and Spring boot Framework. Utilize Google Cloud Platform technology and big data to build high-throughput, low-latency scalable distributed systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software production issues as they arise. Perform software performance testing and optimization. Design, develop, and execute software verification plans and quality assurance unit tests. Research and recommend new features, technologies, and processes to improve ADARA’s software products. May telecommute from any US location 100% of time.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirement:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or closely related field and one year of experience as a Software Developer, Solutions or Software Engineer, Computer Programmer or closely related.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have one year of experience with each of the following:
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Java, Python and Bash programming
- Web services and web technologies using Java Enterprise Edition frameworks
- API design
- SQL and NoSQL database development
- Version Control Tools and test automation
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline development
