The Role: A Customer Success Manager drives adoption of Adara’s consumer intelligence and ethical data solutions from new and existing customers. This person is responsible for directing cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders including: Sales, Business Development, Ops, Support, Data Science, and Product, to ensure customer objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be able to combine expertise in our services with an intimate understanding of customers’ goals and business strategy to drive overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Building profitable relationships with brand, agency, and platform customers
- Understanding customer’s needs and building a compelling strategy to meet them
- Anticipating changes in the customer landscape
- Creating competitive SLA’s
- Onboarding and training customers with an expertise in Adara’s products
- Renewing existing contracts and ensuring a high retention percentage
- Working to upsell and cross-sell additional data products and solutions
- Managing cross-functional teams to achieve desired results
- Analyzing campaigns, market insights, and industry trends
- Develop compelling, data-driven assets to help grow/retain business
- Helping create process within the department to improve efficiency
- Promoting Adara’s vision through product demonstrations
- Overcoming obstacles; negotiating pushbacks and ultimately, striving for customer
- satisfaction
- Owning several accounts as both a Sales and Customer Success lead, working the
- sales cycle through to close, onboarding, service, and then renew customers
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of SaaS/AdTech/MarTech experience, managing top priority accounts
- Strong Salesforce discipline and MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet
- deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated to take initiatives to drive results with the ability to work in both a team
- environment and independently
- Ability to deliver presentations and messages to various sized audiences at all levels
- (manager to C-level individuals) – both virtually and in-person
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy, data analytics, and online advertising
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with programmatic/RTB, ad servers, rich media vendors, and web debugging
- A passion for and knowledge of the travel, financial services, real estate, and/or live
- event industries
- Experience with consultative sales
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning
- Flexibility and proficiency to learn quickly
- Google Ads and DV360 Certification a plus
- Thrives in fast-paced, demanding, and fun entrepreneurial environment
- Proven negotiation skills and success in developing customer relationships
