These partners are established trusted partners, well known and respected across the industry, and are experts in campaign management. Adara data will power the execution of our media campaigns with the trusted support of our partners to execute delivery and performance.

How does the Preferred Activation Partnership work?
- ADARA will work with preferred partners to move over all existing managed services to, but will still own the client relationship as it relates to the customer base
- ADARA will still support managed services and owning the client relationship for how to access ADARA data. However, the delivery and campaign execution will be done by a preferred channel partner.
- ADARA will enter into an agreement with a preferred partner for Tourism media campaign delivery. ADARA will have specific requirements needed for this engagement with usage reporting and frequency, ability to audit support, and campaign and data obligations.

Do destinations have to undergo a new proposal process with a Preferred Activation Partner?
Yes, customers will need a new agreement, but with an Adara liaison and channel partner representative present to walk you through any questions or concerns. Post sales agreement service and seamless integration of processes is essential to Adara and its channel partners.
Adara is still providing the data, recommendations and working closely with the channel partners and client, but the execution is done by our channel partners.

Historically, Adara has executed the campaign set-up, optimization and support the delivery of managed media services. As we enter a post-pandemic world, our strategy is to focus on our strengths – our expertise at obtaining, managing, enriching and analyzing data – and deliver the best AI audiences, customer segments and data needs for destination marketers. Managing media doesn’t align with this shift. At the same time, destinations need more attention to detail, more strategic and tactical decisions, and more optimization of media budgets as they adjust to the growing travel demand.
