​What do you do at Adara?
My role as Senior Account manager APAC is interesting, as I can be an advisor to both internal team members as well as clients. Not only do I work on campaign setup and optimizations, I also get face-time with clients on pre/post campaign requests and questions, campaign performance and evaluation. Managing client expectations and relationships and delivering Adara’s value proposition are my daily tasks.
What do you love about working in the travel sector?
Travel is a unique product in a dynamic sector with data that refreshes constantly. Working at Adara, with its unique access to travel data, puts me in a good position to maximize ROI for clients. This sense of accomplishment that I am helping to build the travel sector is my key driver.
​What is your favorite holiday destination?
Taiwan – warmth of the locals and the yummy food!
​What is the biggest day to day challenge you face in your role, and how do you try to overcome that?
I’m a perfectionist so I always put myself in the client’s position and evaluate what Adara can offer to achieve a win-win scenario. Clear, transparent communication with support from other team members helps overcome many of the daily challenges.
​What is your #1 Bucket list travel destination?
Norway – Northern Lights.
​What are the three things you would take with you to a deserted island?
Pen, notebook and yoga mat.
